There is a revolution in production. Beyond new production techniques, there are new production engineering that cannot be produced by conventional methods. It is a representative example of microfabrication process technology such as MEMS / NEMS based on semiconductor, and 3D that can be produced in small quantities. In this class, we intend to develop advanced production engineering centering on the MEMS process technology that has been receiving attention recently

Technological innovation capstone design is the process of implementing the invention ideas of graduate students into prototypes. While capstone design has been limited to undergraduate-oriented classes, the capstone design works can lead to patent application, registration, and technology transfer by receiving this intellectual property course support. Through this course, we aim to cultivate engineering talent with intellectual property skills.
